Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) on the packing slip you received with your purchase.
The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment.
We recommend you use a form of traceable delivery and insure your package for your protection. Please do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1 billing cycle.

Our packages are normally sent Monday through Friday via the U.S. Postal Service. Orders typically ship a day or two after order is received. Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. Custom Jewelry orders typically ship within a few days. Although it is rare, jewelry and clothing orders may require up to a week or two to ship, depending on stock on hand.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping.
